Food Academy- Making fresh pasta.

Once you have done this once, you will discover how easy it is to make your own pasta. This recipe is for egg pasta. Alternatively you could substitute the egg for tomato paste, blended spinach, beetroot juice or even squid ink to get a more tasty and colourful pasta.
Use only high grade/premium/ bakers flour as it has the gluten required. Knead until soft and stretchy.
Boil in lots of salted water for 2-3 minutes and serve immediately.
